To all the morons giving this 1 star. There are a lot of stupid people griping about the forced download. It's all for your experience. Oh you have to open another app, poor you. The fact is Facebook has changed tremendously and keeping it all in one app is not only technically challenging but would cause an awful user experience. Facebook is too big now. Do you any other big name social chat app that has a social network built into it? Twitter is the only one that comes to name and it's nowhere near as complex as Facebook.

FBChat My friends often worry about their privacy and such. They choose not to use it unless it's on a computer. Still helps to me anyways.

What are you doing? Facebook: You're great and all, but this app is getting very bloated. Please name one good use for a 'sticker', other than spamming others. These extension app things are quite unnecessary. That fat like button is both unnecessary and astoundingly annoying. Ironically, you're actually missing something... people who do the sans-profile (phone # only) thing can't be added to group chats. End rant.

Lack of privacy I use fb a lot, but did not like that you have to allow them to turn on your microphone at will, without you knowing, so I never installed the app. Now I cannot send or receive private messages without it. Since they have me addicted to it and I communicate with a lot of people via facebook on my browser, I feel I have no choice but to install it or have miscommunications with people. It just feels like another example of a corporation violating my privacy.
